To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Science when he expects to announce the allocation of funds for capital projects for church aided and voluntary schools for 1990.

My right hon. Friend expects to be able to announce the 1990–91 allocation for capital projects for voluntary aided and special agreement schools shortly before Christmas.
