§ Mr. Heathcoat-AmoryI am preparing legislation, to be introduced at the earliest opportunity, to strengthen the 695W law on waste disposal. This will include a duty of care on waste producers and improved controls over the disposal or treatment of waste. I shall also be issuing a consultation paper on the review of the special waste regulations shortly.
