§ Mr. Archie HamiltonThe only ports which are currently under discussion with local authorities as possible venues for visits by nuclear-powered submarines are Swansea and Tilbury. Regarding Tilbury, I have nothing to add to the answer which I gave to the hon. Member for Bow and Poplar (Ms. Gordon) on 5 May 1989 at column277.
