§ Mrs. Virginia BottomleyIt is the Government's view, clearly set out in our White Paper "Promoting Better Health", that patients should have adequate information on which to base their choice of general practitioner. A number of measures are being implemented to achieve this objective, including, for those who choose to do so, a simplified procedure for changing doctor.
