§ Mr. Peter WalkerI am determined to continue to encourage inward investment into Wales and to this end I am actively involved in promoting all areas of the Principality. The Welsh Development Agency is responsible for identifying and promoting individual sites for inward investment and I am advised that it believes that there may be some land available at Ynysplwm which is suitable for one or more such projects.
