§ Mr. Wyn RobertsThe Welsh Language Board has made encouraging progress in its first year of operation. It has issued voluntary guidelines governing the use of Welsh in both the public and private sectors. It has been instrumental in finding practical solutions to problems442W encountered by Welsh speakers. I am now discussing with the board next steps in relation to its strategy for the future.
