§ The Attorney-GeneralThe inquiries have necessarily been protracted on account of the nature of the matters under investigation and the need for a substantial proportion of the relevant evidence to be gathered from overseas. I am satisfied that these inquiries, with which I personally keep in touch, are being conducted with all proper expedition. I hope that a decision about this case will be taken shortly.
