Mr. Barry Jones

To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will list in theOfficial Report (a) the number of people in Wales who receive water from supplies granted relaxations to the aluminium standard under section 20(5)(b) of the Water Act 1989, (b) the location of each supply, by county and (c) the number of people served by each of those supplies.

Under section 20(5)(b) of the Water Act 1989, my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State has accepted undertakings from Dwr Cymru Cyfyngedig relating to the aluminium parameter in respect of the water treatment works shown in the following table:
