§ Mr. Tony BanksTo ask the Secretary of State for Transport what instructions he has given to the consultants for the London assessment studies with regard to(a) scheme components to be dropped from the studies and (b) scheme components to be added to the studies in advance of the consultants finalising their reports.
§ Mr. AtkinsIt is for the study consultants to determine what components should or should not be included in their recommendations. I am still awaiting their reports.
