Mr. Austin Mitchell

To ask the Secretary of State for Employment if he will publish a table showing the increase in average and median earnings of full-time adult male manual workers in manufacturing and non-manufacturing workers since April 1979.

To ask the Secretary of State for Employment whether he will publish in theOfficial Report a table showing (a) the average earnings of full-time adult male manual workers in the motor vehicle industry and (b) the average earnings of full-time adult male non-manual workers generally at (i) the latest available date, (ii) for 1959 and (iii) for 1972; and what information he has as to the nearest comparable figures for 1972 and the latest available date in West Germany.
