Mr. Barry Jones

To ask the Secretary of State for Wales (1) if he will meet the Welsh Counties Association to discuss the Green Paper, "New Roads by New Means"; and if he will make a statement;

(2) what plans he has to meet the South Wales standing conference on regional policy to discuss the implications for Wales of the Green Paper, "New Roads by New Means"; and if he will make a statement.
