To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish a table in the form of his answer to the hon. Member for Richmond and Barnes of 18 May,Official Report, column 262, showing, in descending order, the domestic rate in the pound set by the London boroughs for (a) 1981–82 and (b) 1982–83, showing for each borough the political control at each date.
