To ask the Secretary of State for Wales when he expects an adequate database to have been constructed and able to provide information on take-up rates for cervical screening call and recall services.

Data are now being accumulated and sufficient information to enable meaningful analyses to be made should be available in the first part of the financial year 1990–91.
