§ Mr. ButcherMy right hon. Friend has seen the petition which my hon. Friend submitted to him earlier this month concerning special education provision in Cheshire and in particular the LEA's arrangements for individual tuition.
The Department is currently making inquiries of the Cheshire LEA and I shall send a full reply to my hon. Friend as soon as possible.
