§ Mr. Peter BottomleyThe Department of Transport conducted a survey of all local authorities outside London in autumn 1986 to discover the details of concessionary fares schemes operating at that time. The results showed that there was no travel concessionary scheme for elderly688W people in the following 28 districts. We have no more recent information. It is possible that schemes may now operate in some of these areas.
