§ Mr. Ian GristUnder the Caravan Sites Act 1968 it is the duty of county councils in Wales to provide adequate accommodation for gypsies residing in or resorting to their area. Identification of suitable sites in Clwyd is a matter for the county council in consultation with the relevant district councils.
