§ Mr. NewtonWe keep in regular contact about these matters both with the Department of Transport and with representatives of the business community. As my hon. Friend will be aware, my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Transport is at present awaiting advice from the Civil Aviation Authority on the adequacy of United Kingdom airport and airspace capacity, through to 2005.
