To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will list the publications in which the Minister for Local Government, the right hon. Member for Suffolk, Coastal (Mr. Gummer) had printed any article in the form, length or content as that which appeared on Tuesday 9 May in theCoventry Evening Telegraph.

Mr. Ridley

My right hon. Friend the Minister for Local Government distributed more than 500 articles to newspapers throughout the country. Whether their editors chose to print the articles is a matter for them.
