§ Mr. NeedhamThe taxi service is operating without planning approval. Enforcement action has commenced to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1972. Should this result in the receipt of a planning application, an assessment will then be made of the scale of operations intended.
