§ Mr. AllenTo ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster if, as part of his consideration of the Monopolies and Mergers Commission report on the supply of beer, he will make it his policy to consider the introduction of a discount on the market price to encourage licensees and tenants to purchase their pubs.
