§ Mr. MaddenTo ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs when Mr. Nasim Ahmed, who was born on 2 July 1965, and whose reference is IM M/84536 and A.421238, first applied to the British post in Islambad to enter the United Kingdom; when Mr. Ahmed successfully appealed against refusal to grant him entry; and when the British post in Islambad was instructed to issue Mr. Ahmed with a visa to enter the United Kingdom.
