§ Mr. Peter LloydPart 35 of the "Adjudication Officers Guide," a copy of which is in the Library, gives extensive guidance on the legislation which applies to income support transitional protection. Adjudication officers who follow the guidance will have no difficulty in handling these cases correctly.
