§ Mr. Peter BottomleyThe information requested cannot be obtained as the STATS19 road accident report form records neither cause of accident nor the incidence of deaf drivers involved in road accidents.
There is no reason to believe that a deaf person is more at risk of causing, or being involved in, a crash than any other driver.
