§ Mr. NichollsEmployment training in England and Wales is delivered by the Training Agency's network of 50 area offices, each of which has a team of officers who, as part of their duties, are responsible for investigating cases of fraud. In England and Wales, the incidence of fraud in the programme is monitored by the Training Agency's head office on the basis of quarterly returns provided by each area office.
