§ Mr. TrippierA tenants' choice leaflet was produced in June 1988 at a cost of £1,102 to explain the provisions of the then Housing Bill. About 5,000 copies were sent out in response to inquiries.
A second leaflet was produced in March 1989 at a cost of £22,598 to explain the tenants' choice provisions of the Housing Act 1988. More than 11,000 have been sent out, also in response to inquiries. Neither booklet was withdrawn, although the first is now obsolete.
