§ Mr MaudeDraft proposals were recently circulated to credit trade associations, enforcement bodies and consumer organisations on amendments to the consumer credit advertisements regulations. These include a warning that a borrower's home is at risk if repayments are not kept up on a secured loan. Comments were invited by 28 April and these are under consideration.
