§ Mr. LeeMy Department's latest projections of the civilian labour force show a number of significant changes between now and the end of the century. In particular, it is expected that the share of young people in the labour force will decline markedly and the share of women will rise. These projections were published in the April 1989 edition ofEmployment Gazette, a copy of which is in the Library.
