§ Mr. John GummerThe Post Office was contracted by the Central Office of Information, on the instructions of the Department of the Environment, to deliver a copy of the leaflet to every household in England. However, at approximately 6.30 pm on Tuesday 9 May the Post Office was instructed to discontinue delivery.
