§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonWhile the Landlord and Tenant Acts of 1927 and 1954 do not extend to Scotland, I am considering the implications for Scotland of the relevant proposals in the Monopolies and Mergers Commission report on the supply of beer (Cm 651) in consultation with my right hon. and noble Friend the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry.
