§ The Prime MinisterTo the extent that ECGD becomes involved in supporting arms sales to Malaysia it will do so on the basis of its normal approach to the risks involved and its financial objective of operating its credit insurance schemes at no net cost to public funds. No other Government agencies will be involved in underwriting risks in connection with this business.
