§ Mrs. ChalkerIt is for the Spanish presidency to make the preparations for the European Council in June. The agenda will be discussed in advance in the Foreign Affairs Council in the usual way. My right hon. and learned Friend the Secretary of State discusses current items of Community business with his colleagues in the Council and at other meetings.
