§ Mr. Nicholas BennettTo ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will give his latest estimate of the increase in the standard of living of(a) a single man and (b) a married man with two children and a wife who is not in paid employment on (i) half average earnings, (ii) three-quarters average earnings, (iii) average earnings and (iv) one and a half times average earnings since 1979.
