To ask the Secretary of State for Wales (1) how many general practitioners worked for the National Health Service in(a) Wales and (b) Pembrokeshire in each year since 1959;

(2) what was the average number of people registered with each National Health Service general practitioner in each year since 1959 in (a) Pembrokeshire and (b) Wales.
