§ Mr. Norman LamontTax reliefs encouraging the spread of employee share ownership have been in operation for up to 10 years and have enjoyed great success. A wide variety of representations and suggestions on the subject have been made over this period and have contributed to the many improvements introduced in nine out of the last 10 Budgets, and notably in that presented seven weeks ago.
