§ The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (Baroness Trumpington)Work is already under way on the publication of the welfare code for farmed deer, and printed copies should be available by the middle of June 1989. In the intervening period, copies of the draft code are available from the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food. Separate action is being taken on tuberculosis in deer.
