§ Mr. ChopeAdvice about the installation of satellite dishes is included in planning policy guidance note No. 8 "Telecommunications", a copy of which is in the Library. The Department is reviewing the permitted development rights for telecommunications in the light of technological advances since existing rights were set in 1985–86; we intend to issue a consultation paper later this year.
