§ Mr. TrippierThe information that we have sent tenants' organisations and individual residents explains the proposals for housing action trusts as the first step in local consultations. We have now appointed consultants to discuss with residents ideas for improving the design, condition, management and general living conditions on their estates. I hope that tenants' organisations will play a full part in these discussions.
