To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will make a statement setting out the various green currency changes agreed at the Council of Ministers; and if he will further list the member states affected by these changes.

In the settlement reached on 22 April the Council of Ministers agreed that the green currency exchange rates be changed so as to adjust the monetary gaps between green and market exchange rates by the following percentage points:
