§ The Minister of State, Foreign and Commonwealth Office (Lord Glenarthur)Invitations to join the British delegation to the London Information Forum were issued to a large number of people, with a view to constituting a balanced and representative team bringing appropriate expertise to a wide agenda. The delegation includes several journalists. The formation of the delegation was preceded by consultations attended by numerous organisations.138WA The TUC failed to respond to the department's invitation to participate in these consultations or supply comments.
