To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will take steps to preserve No. 1, Poultry, City of London, in its present form.

No. 1 Poultry and associated buildings are currently the subject of listed buildings and planning appeals, which are before my right hon. Friend for decision.
In the circumstances, it would be inappropriate for any comment to be made at this stage.
