§ Mr. TrippierI expect to receive the report of the housing co-operative review committee shortly. Part IV of the Housing Act 1988 will come fully into force on 5 April 1989. Section 124 of the Housing Act 1988 came into force on 10 March 1989, and I refer the hon. Member to the reply that I gave the hon. Member for Harrow, West (Mr. Hughes) on 10 March at column699.
