(2) what studies have been made by his Department of the suitability and safety of (a) Prestwick, (b) Carlisle, (c) Bournemouth Hum, (d) Dounreay and (e) Wick airports for the air freighting of commercial plutonium from the United Kingdom.
§ Mr. Peter BottomleyAll movements of radioactive materials by air must comply with national and international regulations which require safety to be built into the package design and do not depend for their effectiveness on the use of a particular type of aircraft or choice of airport.
