§ Mr. Peter WalkerEfforts to attract inward investment to Wales have been very successful with 1988 being a record year. The advantages of all parts of Wales are emphasised when projects are discussed with potential inward investors and Winvest has recently appointed a regional executive to work closely with local authorities in west Wales to secure inward investment projects for the area. I am tomorrow launching a marketing campaign developed by Winvest and a consortium of local authorities in west Glamorgan and east Dyfed. Winvest is currently discussing with local authorities in Dyfed the possibility of a similar initiative for west Wales.
