To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will provide in the Library an updated report stating the extent to which Her Majesty's Government have implemented the recommendations relating to mentally disturbed inmates in the third report from the Social Services Committee, Session 1985–86 into the prison medical service and the Government's response thereto, Cm. 115; and if he will make a statement.
