§ Mr. MacGregorI have regularly been raising the matter of fraud in the Council of Agricultural Ministers. I have suggested various lines of action at the February Council and I shall continue to press the European Commission and the Council of Ministers to strengthen the controls in agricultural legislation against fraud and to follow up vigorously the work done by the Court of Auditors.
