§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonI have no plans for a further review, for the reasons given in my previous answer to the hon. Gentleman on 24 February at column749. Copies of the consultation paper which instituted the 1985–86 review were deposited in the Library in December 1984; subsequently, regulations authorising the supply of the register in computer-compatible form were debated in the Standing Committee on Statutory Instruments on 21 January 1986.
