§ Mr. AtkinsMy Department has received a number of formal and informal comments on the communications steering group report "The Infrastructure for Tomorrow", sometimes referred to as the Macdonald report. The report was published in December as a contribution to the discussions on the United Kingdom's communications infrastructure needs.
