§ Mr. EggarThe Department of Health is the lead Department on domestic issues relating to this project. The Foreign and Commonwealth Office has, through the Overseas Development Administration, funded a three-month consultancy at the United Nations office in Vienna to identify projects and funds for the world programme of action for disabled persons.
