§ Mr. Ian StewartUnder regulation 53(1) of the Representation of the People (Northern Ireland) Regulations 1986, a Member of Parliament for a constituency in Northern Ireland is entitled, on request, to one copy of the register for that constituency free of charge from the Chief Electoral Officer. Similar provision exists in respect of Members of the European Parliament under the European Parliamentary Elections (Northern Ireland) Regulations 1986. In the latter case, the constituency is, of course, the whole of Northern Ireland.
