§ Mr. Peter BottomleyIn winter, normal hourly traffic flows southbound through the Blackwall tunnel vary between 200 vehicles and 2,100 vehicles on Saturday, and between 200 vehicles and 1,800 vehicles on Sunday. The lowest flows occur in the early hours of the morning, the highest usually in the early afternoon. Occasionally flows
